Ruoti Art & Design was created based on the desire to combine creative thinking and scientific information.
Creative thinking and scientific information are elements, that compliment one another, act in unison, support each other in fostering new paths for future innovations. Clientele of the company comprise of corporations and individuals, who look for finding new ways for identifying sources for everyday life or new avenues for unlocking potential in the corporation.
Founder of the company Maria Ruoti is a visual artist, researcher of law, and theologist. This combination of competencies provides for unique expertise in arts, leadership and humanity.
Ruoti is a multi-talent, whose broad knowledge and expertise enable creative problem solving and new innovations.
Ruoti Art & Design provides offering of commission arts for individuals and corporations, training and consulting services for business leadership with a theme of “Creativity as a source of power for organizations”.
Quality and sustainability are key principles in both training and consultation services. These services offered to companies and corporations are based on scientific research and years of experience.
Same cornerstones apply for artwork. Materials used in commission work are of excellent quality, ecological and mostly crafted in Finland.
Sustainability is demonstrated in the company’s essential principle: “Art with a profound sense”. Company values are built around continuity and social responsibility themes. Company donates 3% of it’s profit to Naisten Pankki, an organization that supports the development, entrepreneurship and equality of women in Asia, Africa and Middle East.

My goal is to do work with a mission and sustainable values. This means that Ruoti Art & Design donates 3% of the company’s profit to Naisten Pankki, which works to improve lives of women in developing countries. Naisten Pankki’s activity is based on education. This helps women to get opportunities for income and their position in the community improves. Through a more equal position women, children, families and communities feel better.
Naisten Pankki drives sustainable change, that turns hope into reality.

About Inspiration
Life is made up of multiple layers. Diversity is witnessed in moments of darkness, as joy, happiness, love, longing, agony and sorrow. These moments may be short, but the lessons they provide are plenty. It is these states of being, which are connected to time, that act as the inspiration of my paintings.
I feel it is my mission as an artist to bring forward special formats, which act as pathways to human mind and embodiments of universal emotions. Pieces of my art express where things expressible with words end, and unknown begins. The mission of these state-time relations is therapeutic. They play, explore and create an understanding for the viewer, that we are a part of a bigger entity, where it is allowed to just be and breathe.
Nature as a strong element influences my work, especially through use of colors. Harmony of the circle of nature lives in my palette and gives it’s own rhythm into my artistic process. Foggy pastels and living structure of the paintings depict the contrasts and mysteries of life. Nature creates a perception of acceptance and peace. This peace is shown in my artwork as an empowering presence, that conveys a deeper connection and broader understanding of cause and effect of things.
Virginia Woolf has written:
”There is nothing staid, nothing settled, in this univerce. All is rippling, all is dancing, all is quickness and triumph.”
This power of change and surprise give hope and confidence: Art is part of universe’s dance.
